Ed Harcourt is set to release his seventh full-length album, Furnaces, on August 19 via Polydor. We made this session film of the lead track ‘Furnaces’ at Knebworth Park recently. The video was first premiered over at Under The Radar last week.
When BeatCast were approached to shoot a session with Ed at the world famous Knebworth Park, the idea sounded pretty cool, so we jumped at the chance. A seriously fun day ensued clambering on and off boats, hurling cameras around and flying drones all over the park, the lake, the house and then more fun back to the lake again (in the dark…). The end product has led to a series of very special session tracks recorded live, taken from the new album (which we think is rather good….these songs are DEEP!).
